INGREDIENTS:
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1/2 teaspoon/0.78 grams garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon/0.6 grams dried rosemary
= 1/2 teaspoon/1.15 grams smoked sweet paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon/1.15 grams ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon/3 grams salt
- 1/2 teaspoon/0.7 grams ( skip it if you don't eat spicy food )
- 1 tablespoon/15 ml olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 160 degrees Celcius/320 degrees Fahrenheit
Slice the sweet potato as thin as you can and add it to a sheet pan
Add all the spices and oil and give it a good mix. Make sure the potato slices are spread in one layer
Cook it for 35 minutes. The cooking time may differ depending on the oven.

*Notes
If you want to make it crunchier you can increase the temperature. I prefer it on the soft side. You should cook it until it reaches the texture you want. You can change spices according to your taste. Smoked paprika is very important as it gives that barbeque taste.
This recipe works very well with normal potatoes as well.
