INGREDIENTS:
- 288 grams/10.2 oz chestnut mushroom
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 teaspoon/1.42 grams salt
- 1/4 teaspoon/0.57 grams ground pepper ( you can use less, it is a little bit spicy )
- 1 tablespoon/5 grams nutritional yeast (you can switch with parmesan if you don't like it)
- 2 tablespoons/30 ml water
- 1 teaspoon/7 grams peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon/15 ml olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Chop onion and slice the mushrooms.
Into a non-stick hot pan add olive oil and chopped onion and cook it for 3-4 minutes or until it becomes a little golden.
Add sliced mushroom, salt, and ground pepper over the fried onion. I cooked mine for approximately 10 minutes until all the water left by the mushrooms has evaporated.
Now add the water and peanut butter and mix everything well. Cook it for 2 more minutes.
Add the mixture to a plate and sprinkle nutritional yeast over the top.
Enjoy!
*Notes:
You have only one serving. Please modify the cooking time according to your stove. I use an induction stove so the timing may differ. You can also use some herbs on the top, like parsley.
