INGREDIENTS: ( FOR 2 SERVINGS )
- 2 cups/214 grams rolled oats
- 2 tablespoon/35 grams mascarpone cheese
- 4 tablespoon/60 ml coffee
- 3 tablespoon/45 ml maple syrup
- 2 cups/500 ml milk for juicy oats OR 1 1/2 cups /375 ml milk for thicker oats
- few drops of rum essence ( or you can use alcoholic beverage rum )
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon/7.4 grams cocoa
- whipped cream ( optional for decor )
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add your oats into a container. Over it pour the milk, add your mascarpone cheese, coffee, maple syrup, the rum essence, and a pinch of salt.
Whisk the composition very well until everything is blended and the mascarpone cheese has melted inside.
Cover with a lid and let it sit overnight.
Transfer the oats to your serving recipient. Add cocoa on the top of it and a little whipped cream.

*NOTES:
In this recipe, I used labne cheese instead of mascarpone as it is not very easy to find it in Turkey. I like my oats juicy so I used a bigger quantity ( as for my taste ). You can use any type of milk you want, including a vegan one. As well, you can use sugar instead of maple syrup or any other type of sweetener you want.
