Quinoa crepes ( Gluten-free )

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 1/3 cups- 335 ml water

-1 1/4 cups - 150 grams quinoa flour

- 1 teaspoon - 1.58 grams garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon - 2.40 grams onion powder

- 1 teaspoon salt - 5.69 grams salt


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Into a large deep bowl add quinoa flour, water, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder and mix everything well. I used a hand mixer, you can use a whisk if you would like to.

  2. Let the batter sit for 10 minutes.

  3. Heat up a frying pan and add a splash of oil. Add approximately 1/2 cup of batter and cook between 1-2 minutes for each side.

You're done!


*Notes:

Cooking time may differ depending on the stove you are using, the thickness of the frying pan, etc. So always make sure to check it on your own. If you wanna use it for dessert. maybe with some maple syrup and blueberries, just skip the onion and garlic powder, and you're good to go.
