INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup-50 grams fine bulgur
- 2.47 oz-70 grams cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon-15 ml lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons- 30 ml olive oil
-1/4 teaspoon-575 salt mg
- 2 1/4 cups-120 ml water
- 0.68 oz-20 grams parsley
- 0.54 oz-16 grams chopped spring onion
HOW TO PREPARE:
Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Now add fine bulgur, give a stir, turn off the heat, cover the pot with a lid and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Chop tomatoes in cubes. Parsley should be finely chopped.
Into a deep plate add your bulgur, tomatoes, parsley, spring onions, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Mix it all well.
Let it sit for half hour in the fridge before serving.

*Notes:
I let the bulgur sit in hot water because it is easier to digest it. You can add extra spices if you would like to. I personally added some chili flakes on the top, I like the flavor.
